Hisense UK "Best Seats in the House" Giveaway T&Cs

By participating in this Promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

  1. The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694), Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Milshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the "Promoter").

The Promotion

  1. The title of the Promotion is "Hisense UK – Premier League “Best Seats in the House” Ticket Giveaway 2026/27".
  2. During the Promotion Entry Period, the Promoter will publish giveaway posts on its Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels (each a "Promotional Post"). To enter, participants must follow the instructions set out in the How to Enter section below.

Key Conditions of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion is an offer by the Promoter, allowing a participant to enter a prize draw for the chance to win the Prize detailed in these Terms and Conditions, if they have submitted a valid entry during the period of 24 August 2026 to 30 May 2027 inclusive (the "Promotion Entry Period").
  2. The Promotion will run throughout the 2026/27 Premier League season. The Closing Date is 30 May 2027, being the scheduled end of the 2026/27 Premier League season.
  3. The Promoter may publish Promotional Posts relating to individual Leeds United Premier League home matches during the Promotion Entry Period. Each Promotional Post will specify the Leeds United home match to which that giveaway relates.
  4. A separate prize draw will be carried out on a weekly basis for applicable Promotional Posts, at least 48 hours before the relevant match. One winner will be selected for each applicable draw.
  5. The Prize available in each draw is the Prize specified in the Prizes section below, for the Leeds United match specified in the relevant Promotional Post only.
  6. The offer is limited to one entry per person for each individual Promotional Post. Entrants may enter across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok where a Promotional Post is published on those platforms, but multiple entries across platforms for the same Promotional Post will not count as additional entries.
  7. By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. The Promotion is open to residents in the UK who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
  2. The Promotion is not open to: (i) employees of the Promoter or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their respective holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.
  3. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility, such as ID, before issuing any Prize.
  4. The Promoter will not accept entries generated by a computer or third party, bulk entries, or incomplete entries.
  5. Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
  6. One entry per person for each individual Promotional Post. Joint entries will not be accepted.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these conditions.

How to Enter

  1. To enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Entry Period and in accordance with the relevant Promotional Post:
  • Like the relevant giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, where applicable.
  • Follow Hisense UK on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
  • Comment on the relevant giveaway post telling us who you would take to the game if you won.
  1. You must have access to the Internet and an Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok account in order to enter.
  2. You will then be entered into the applicable prize draw for the chance to win the Prize for the Leeds United Premier League home game specified in the relevant Promotional Post.
  3. Multiple entries across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in relation to the same Promotional Post will not count as additional entries.
  4. For help with entering the Promotion, please contact the Promoter using the contact details set out in the General section below.

Prizes

  1. The Prize is for two people and includes:
  • A pre-match three-course meal.
  • Access to a table of two in the Hisense Leeds Lounge.
  • Access to two of the "best seats in the house" located in the East Stand Upper Tier.
  • A complimentary copy of the Matchday Programme and Matchday Team Sheet.
  • Appearances and pre-match build-up with Leeds United Legends.
  • Half-time and full-time lounge access. The bar will remain open for one hour after the final whistle.
  1. The Prize is for the Leeds United Premier League home match specified in the relevant Promotional Post only and cannot be exchanged for an alternative match.
  2. Any travel, accommodation, or other costs not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  3. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with an item or experience of equal or greater value.
  4. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and is subject to availability.

Winner Selection & Prize Delivery

  1. Entrants who follow the steps listed in the How to Enter section will be entered into the applicable prize draw.
  2. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
  3. Each applicable draw will be carried out on a weekly basis, at least 48 hours before the relevant Leeds United Premier League home match, following the Closing Date for entries for that Promotional Post.
  4. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform on which they entered, or by email where provided, as soon as possible after the draw. If the winner does not respond within the period specified by the Promoter when contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
  5. Details of how the Prize will be arranged and provided will be communicated to the winner once acceptance has been confirmed.
  6. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from entrants providing incorrect or out-of-date contact information.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot attend the relevant match or for any issues arising after delivery or provision of the Prize.

General Conditions

  1. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or which otherwise do not reach the Promoter as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, except in cases of negligence, fault or deliberate act or omission of the Promoter or its agents.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out investigations and/or take such other action as may be reasonable under the circumstances to protect itself from fraudulent and/or invalid entries. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry where, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, the entry may be fraudulent or invalid.
  3. The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion where necessary, including where this is required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  4. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection

  1. Personal data (for example, name, contact details, date of birth and ID for verification) will be used to administer the Promotion and arrange delivery or provision of the Prize.
  2. The Promoter may use your data for marketing purposes if you have consented to this.
  3. Data may be shared with the Promoter’s partners, including marketing agency Ponderosa and delivery providers, where required for prize administration.
  4. Please refer to the Hisense UK Privacy Policy for further information as to how the Promoter will process your personal information in connection with this Promotion.

Publicity

  1. The Promoter may publish the forename and county of winners on its Instagram and Facebook pages or provide this information on request for one month after the Closing Date. If you object to your forename or county being published or made available, please notify the Promoter. The Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General

  1. Limitation of liability: The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death related to the Prize except where caused by their negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. You provide your information to the Promoter, not to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
  3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
