To locate your product manual, find your product ID, and enter it into the search bar below. This will access your product page, and the product downloads can be found at the bottom of the page.
Product Alert
From June 15th, TikTok TV will no longer be available through VIDAA. We wanted to let our users know that unfortunately, support for the TikTok app on Hisense TVs using the VIDAA platform will officially end on June 15th, 2025; the app will no longer be available to download or use via the VIDAA Store. The decision reflects TikTok’s shift in focus toward mobile and vertical content, which is better suited to their users’ preferred experience. We understand this may be disappointing for some, but the termination of this service will not affect your access to other TikTok apps; you can still enjoy content by casting or mirroring everything from your mobile device to your TV.
