Hisense Direct Delivery*

This is different and not to be confused with the various delivery arrangements of our retail partners.

All TVs and major domestic appliance orders will be delivered direct from Hisense UK by our delivery partner ‘Arrow XL’. Small domestic appliances (that do not require a two man delivery for products such as vacuum cleaners) will be delivered by DPD within 3-4 working days.

TV’s & Major Domestic Appliances

Before a product is delivered direct from Hisense, the following happens:

-Arrow XL will be in touch within 5 working days** to arrange a delivery

-Arrow XL will collect your product from Hisense and then you will receive a text with a link to book your preferred delivery date. (note this will be from Arrow XL)

-24hrs before delivery you will receive another text confirming a booking window for the delivery, and a tracking link will be provided to track your delivery

-On the day of delivery, you will receive a call 30mins before your delivery to confirm all details directly with you.

*Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

**Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday.
