Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. A full copy of these Terms and Conditions is published at [https://uk.hisense.com/clubworldcup-terms].
The Promoter
- The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited of Ground Floor, Munroe Court White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, England, LS11 0EA.
The Promotion
- The title of the Promotion is "Hisense FIFA Club World Cup Prize Draw – Spring / Summer 2025".
Key Conditions of the Promotion
- The Promotion is an offer by the Promoter, allowing a participant to enter a prize draw for the chance to win a prize as detailed in these terms and conditions, if they have submitted a valid online entry as set out in these terms and conditions during the period of 10 May 2025 to 15 June 2025 inclusive (the "Promotion Entry Period").
- Entrants will be given a chance to win two tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup Final in New York (USA) on 13 July 2025 including outbound flights from Manchester or Heathrow to New York (and return) and five nights' accommodation in New York. Further details of the prize available to be won are set out in Section 6 below (the "Prize").
- A prize draw will take place on 16 June 2025 (the "Prize Draw") and one winner will be selected to win the Prize.
- The offer is limited to one entry per person.
- Entries must be submitted online during the Promotion Entry Period either (i) by clicking on and completing the Meta instant form on Hisense's Facebook or Instagram pages or (ii) by completing the online form on the promotion landing page. Further details of the entry requirements are set out in Section 5 below.
Eligibility Requirements
- The Promotion is open to residents of mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
- The Promotion is not open to (i) employees or agents of the Promoter or of its holding or subsidiary companies (or members of the immediate families or households of such individuals); or (ii) anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.
- In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate in the Promotion before issuing any Prize.
How to enter
- Entries to the prize draw can only be submitted online by using one of the following methods:
- Facebook or Instagram Instant Form: Participants can click on the link to the Meta instant form contained the Promoter's Facebook or Instagram post about the Promotion. There will be a short description of the Promotion and the Prize, under which you can then click "Next" to then complete the online application form, providing the requested details (which may be prefilled if you have already provided your information to Meta by creating a Facebook profile. After submitting the form correctly, there will be a message confirming your entry into the prize draw; or
- Promotion Portal: Navigating to, completing and submitting the online application form at [https://uk.hisense.com/fifa-club-world-cup-prize-draw] (the "Promotion Portal").
- When entering the prize draw you will be required to provide your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Successful entries will only be accepted where a participant has (i) completed an online entry using one of the above methods between 10 May 2025 and 15 June 2025 providing all requested information; and (ii) if requested by the Promoter, provided any supporting information reasonably required, such as proof of identity in a form acceptable to the Promoter (for example, a copy of your passport or driving licence).

Prizes
- The following Prize will be available to be won in the Prize Draw:
- Two tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup Final (the "Final") on 13 July 2025;
- Outbound flight from either Manchester Airport or Heathrow Airport to New York on 11 July 2025 and return flight leaving New York on 16 July 2025;
- Train or taxi travel to and from the airport in the UK (but no other transport);
- 5 nights' accommodation in New York; and
- Spending money of $2,000 USD, supplied on a prepaid travel card.
- The Prize is subject to availability and non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. In particular, if the Final is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter will provide the winner with a substitute prize based on the face value of the Prize. No cash alternative will be offered or given. The winner will not be entitled to resell all or any part of the Prize.
- Apart from the items expressly listed at clause 6.1 above, travel or other expenses (such as travel insurance or costs arising from complying with any visa/ESTA requirements for entry into the US) will not be covered by the Promoter or included in the Prizes and the winner must make their own arrangements in these regards.
Winner selection & Prize delivery
- The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected on 16 June 2025 from all valid entries received by the end of 15 June 2025. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process. The chosen winner will then be contacted using the email address and/ or telephone number provided with their entry within 48 hours of being selected. At least three attempts will be made to contact the winner. The winner must then respond accepting the Prize within 48 hours of being informed that they have won, and provide all information and details required by the Promoter, FIFA and/ or the airline or hotel operator by not later than 17.00 BST on 30 June 2025. This will include home address, bank account sort code and account number and details of a valid passport, driving licence and visa/ESTA for all attendees.
- If a winner does not respond or accept the Prize or provide required information and details, within the periods detailed above, then the Promoter reserves the right to treat the Prize as forfeited and to select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from entrants providing incorrect or out of date contact information with their Promotion entry. If Prizes are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the winner, they will only be reissued to the winner if and after they have been returned to the Promoter.
- The winner is responsible for (i) complying with all entry, visa and other conditions of entry to the US; (ii) obtaining valid travel insurance for the duration of the stay in the US; (iii) complying with any requirements of FIFA in relation to the use of the tickets and attendance at the Final; and any costs arising from complying with these requirements. The winner will be asked to confirm that they have satisfied these requirements in advance of the Promoter issuing any Prize and the Promoter will be entitled to withhold the Prize if the winner has failed to do so.
General Conditions
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Prize Draw entries which are lost, delayed in transit, misdirected or which otherwise do not reach the Promoter, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, except in cases of negligence, fault or deliberate act or omission of the Promoter or its agents.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any Prize Draw entries which are rejected or cannot be verified within the required timeframes or for any other issues, due to the provision by a participant of incorrect or incomplete information or contact details.
- The Promoter reserves the right to carry out investigations and/ or take such other action as may be reasonable under the circumstances, to protect itself from fraudulent and/ or invalid Prize Draw entries, including (without limitation), by requesting Participants to provide additional information and/ or documentation in support of their entry and/ or by seeking verify and/or validate information and/ or documentation provided with relevant third parties. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Prize Draw entries (or withdraw any Prize) where (in the Promoter's reasonable opinion) the entry may be fraudulent or invalid.
- This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection
- The Promoter is the data controller for all personal information collected via the Promotion Portal at [https://uk.hisense.com/fifa-club-world-cup-prize-draw] and included in Prize Draw entries or provided to the Promoter by winners when claiming their Prize. The Promoter will only process your personal information for the purposes of running the Promotion, verifying and handling entries and administering and issuing prizes, dealing with disputes, investigating fraud and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
- The Promoter uses the services of Ranieri Agency Limited (acting as a data processor) as a fulfilment agency to assist it in administering the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- Participants entering via a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram should be aware that Meta will also use the information subject to their own Data Policy, which you can access via Facebook or Instagram as appropriate.
Publicity
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winners to anyone who emails [huk.digitalmarketing@hisense-europe.com] within one month after the closing date of the Promotion Entry Period. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
General
- Limitation of liability: The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize. The Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (without limitation) (i) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; (ii) epidemic or pandemic; (iii) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (iv) any law or action taken by a government or public authority, including imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition; (v) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; (vi) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts; or (vii) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Promotion or from submitting an entry or using the Promotion Portal.
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion and/ or to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time where (in its reasonable discretion) it considers it to be desirable or necessary to do so or where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

What personal data do we gather about you?
- "Personal data" is any information about an individual from which that individual can be identified. It does not include data from which an individual cannot be identified, for example anonymised data. - We may collect personal data about you from the following sources: (i) by logging your IP Address when you visit the Promotion Portal; (ii) information you provide to us via the Promotion Portal or by calling our Promotion helpline or emailing us; (iii) information you provide when entering the Promotion via a Meta Instant Form; (iv) in some cases (e.g. where we need to do so to validate a claim or where we have reason to believe that information you have provided is fraudulent or incorrect) we may request information from third parties to verify information or documentation you have provided.
How do we store your personal data and keep it secure?
- We use reasonable and up to date security methods to: (i) keep your data secure; (ii) prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to your personal data; (iii) prevent the accidental loss of or damage to your personal data.
- All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers and in secure filing systems. We have in place policies, procedures and technologies to maintain the security of all personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction including procedures to deal with a security breach. - We will contact you if we become aware of any event which is likely to result in a change to your personal data.
How long will we keep your personal data?
- We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we process it. This means that data will be destroyed or erased from our systems when it is no longer required.

What rights do you have in respect of your personal data?
- You have the right to: (i) request access to any personal data we hold about you; (ii) request for any inaccurate personal data which we hold about you to be rectified; (iii) request to have your personal data erased; (iv) request to have the processing of your personal data restricted (for example, if you think the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate you can ask us to stop processing it until we will either correct it or confirm it is accurate); (v) request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller; (vi) object to certain types of processing, including processing based on legitimate interests, automated processing (which includes profiling) and processing for direct-marketing purposes; and (vii) withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data (where the legal reason for the processing of your personal data was your consent).
- If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, you must make the request in writing to our Data Protection Representative. Please note some of these rights are restricted in some circumstances.
Who will have access to the data we hold?
- Our personnel who need to access your personal data will view it in order that we can operate and administer the Promotions. All of our personnel understand the need to keep your personal data confidential and to use it only for legitimate purposes.
- In addition to our own personnel, other personnel from our service providers may process your personal data on our behalf (for example, third party hosting companies; external software developers and marketing agencies). Please note that we use the services of Ranieri Agency Limited as a fulfilment agency to assist in administering the Promotion and verifying and fulfilling claims in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- We may disclose your personal information to third parties: (i) who are part of the group of companies to which we belong; (ii) if we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; (iii) if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us will be one of the transferred assets; and (iv) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property or safety of others.
- Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a fraudulent or invalid claim has been made in connection with the Promotion, we may refer the matter to, and share your personal data with, any applicable law enforcement authorities to investigate the matter as appropriate.
- If your personal data is provided to any third parties you are entitled to request details of the recipients of your personal data or the categories of recipients of your personal data.
- Apart from the situations referred to above, we will not disclose your personal data to a third party without your consent unless we are satisfied that they are legally entitled to access your personal data.
Transferring your data outside the UK
- We will not transfer your personal data outside of the UK unless such transfer is compliant with data protection legislation. This means that we cannot transfer any of your personal data outside the UK unless: (i) the UK Government has decided that the other country or international organisation ensures an adequate level of protection for your personal data; (ii) the transfer of your personal data is subject to appropriate safeguards, which may include binding corporate rules or standard data protection clauses adopted by the UK Government; or (iii) an exception applies (including if you explicitly consent to the proposed transfer).
