1. Promoter

The promoter is Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694) of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Overview

2.1 The promotion is titled the “FIFA World Cup 2026™ 100-Day Countdown TV Giveaway.”

2.2 The promotion celebrates the 100-day countdown to the start of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

2.3 During the Promotion Period, the Promoter will publish promotional posts (“Promotional Post(s)”) on its official Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.

2.4 Eligible participants who complete the entry steps below will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three prizes.

3. Promotion Period & Entry Requirements

3.1 The promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 3 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3.2 Entrants must have internet access and a valid Instagram, TikTok and/or Facebook account.

3.3 To enter during the Promotion Period, participants must:

  • Follow the official Hisense UK account on the platform used to enter;
  • Like the Promotional Post; and
  • Comment on the Promotional Post.

3.4 Entries may be submitted via Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

3.5 Completing the required actions on each platform counts as one (1) entry per platform.
Participants completing the required actions on all three platforms will receive three (3) total entries.

3.6 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding:

  • employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies;
  • employees of agencies or partners professionally connected with the promotion; or
  • immediate family or household members of the above.

4.2 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and eligibility.

4.3 Entries will not be accepted if they are:

  • automatically generated or submitted by third parties;
  • incomplete or non-compliant with entry instructions;
  • offensive, unlawful or infringing third-party rights; or
  • in breach of platform rules.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize is one of three (3) Hisense 100" U7QTUK TV.

5.2 If the winners cannot accommodate the 100" model, they may choose an alternative size from the Hisense U7Q range (subject to availability):

  • 50"
  • 55"
  • 65"
  • 75"

5.3 Delivery is included within mainland UK only. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

5.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw.

6.2 The draw will take place within 5 days of the Closing Date.

6.3 The winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.

6.4 If the winners do not respond within 72 hours or fail to provide delivery details, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.5 The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and county on its social media channels. If you object, please notify the Promoter. The Promoter may still provide this information to regulators if required.

7. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except where caused by negligence. Statuary rights are not affected.
