Terms and Conditions – Win the Ultimate Home Setup for the FIFA World Cup 2026™
1. Promoter
The promoter is Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694) of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Overview
2.1 The promotion is titled “Win the Ultimate Home Setup for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.”
2.2 The promotion offers participants the chance to win a premium home entertainment setup in celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
2.3 During the Promotion Period, the Promoter will publish a promotional post (“Promotional Post”) on its official TikTok account.
2.4 Eligible participants who complete the entry steps below will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of the prizes outlined in Section 5.
3. Promotion Period & Entry Requirements
3.1 The promotion opens at 00:00 BST on Sunday 5 April and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 26 June (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entrants must have a valid TikTok account.
3.3 To enter during the Promotion Period, participants must:
- Follow the official Hisense UK TikTok account (@HisenseUK);
- Like the Promotional Post; and
- Comment on the Promotional Post.
3.4 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
3.5 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, excluding Northern Ireland and Ireland, and also excluding:
- employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies;
- employees of agencies or partners professionally connected with the promotion; or
- immediate family or household members of the above.
4.2 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and eligibility.
4.3 Entries will not be accepted if they are:
- automatically generated or submitted by third parties;
- incomplete or non-compliant with entry instructions;
- offensive, unlawful or infringing third-party rights; or
- in breach of platform rules.
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
5. The Prize
5.1 First Prize (1 winner):

5.2 Runner-Up Prizes (3 winners):
Each runner-up will receive:
- 55" E7QTUK Pro TV
- AX3120G soundbar
5.3 Delivery is included within mainland UK only. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
5.4 All products are supplied with standard manufacturer warranty terms after delivery.
5.5 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw.
6.2 The draw will take place within 5 days of the Closing Date.
6.3 Winners will be contacted via direct message on TikTok following the end of the Promotion Period.
6.4 Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted and provide required details. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Delivery
The Prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights are not affected.
9. Data Protection

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if necessary.
