The Promoter
The Promoter is:
Hisense UK Limited of Ground Floor, Munroe Court White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, England, LS11 0EA.
The Promotion
The title of the Promotion is "Hisense x Freely World Cup 2026 Giveaway: Scotland vs Brazil".
Key Conditions of the Promotion
The Promotion is an offer by the Promoter, allowing a participant to enter a prize draw for the chance to win a prize as detailed in these Terms and Conditions, if they have submitted a valid online entry during the period of 30 May 2026 to 7 June 2026 inclusive (the "Promotion Entry Period").
Entrants will be given a chance to win two tickets to the Scotland vs Brazil match at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida (USA), including outbound return flights, a four (4) night hotel stay and $1,500 USD spending money (the "Prize").
A prize draw will take place shortly after the closing date (the "Prize Draw"), and one winner will be selected to win the Prize.
The offer is limited to one entry per person.
Entries must be submitted online during the Promotion Entry Period either:
(i) via the Meta instant form on Hisense’s Facebook or Instagram adverts; or
(ii) via the online form hosted on the Hisense UK website.
Participants must also follow Hisense UK on TikTok or Instagram to be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
The Promotion is open to residents of mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
The Promotion is not open to:
(i) employees or agents of the Promoter or of its holding or subsidiary companies (or members of the immediate families or households of such individuals); or
(ii) anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.
By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility before issuing any Prize.
How to Enter
Entries to the prize draw can only be submitted online by using one of the following methods:
Meta Instant Form:
Participants can enter via a Meta instant form available through Hisense UK’s Facebook or Instagram adverts. After completing and submitting the form, a confirmation message will indicate successful entry.
TikTok Lead gen ads.
Participants may enter by completing a lead gen form on TikTok. After completing and submitting the form, a confirmation message will indicate successful entry.
When entering, participants must provide their name, email address and telephone number.
Successful entries will only be accepted where a participant has:
(i) completed an online entry during the Promotion Entry Period;
(ii) provided all requested information; and
(iii) followed Hisense UK on TikTok or Instagram.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including proof of identity.
Prizes
The Prize consists of:
- Two tickets to the Scotland vs Brazil match at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, Florida
- Return flights from either Manchester Airport or Heathrow Airport
- Four (4) nights’ hotel accommodation
- $1,500 USD spending money (provided via prepaid card or equivalent)
The winner will be given the choice of departure airport: Manchester or Heathrow.
The following are not included in the Prize:
- Transfers between airport, hotel, or stadium
- Travel insurance
- Any additional personal expenses
The Prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Travel & Entry Requirements
The winner (and guest) will be responsible for:
- Obtaining a valid passport
- Securing an approved ESTA or visa for entry into the United States
- Obtaining travel insurance
If a winner is unable to obtain a valid ESTA, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
Winner Selection & Prize Delivery
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Entry Period.
The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or telephone number provided within 48 hours of the Prize Draw.
At least three attempts will be made to contact the winner.
The winner must respond and accept the Prize within 48 hours and provide all requested details within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
If the winner fails to respond, declines the Prize, or fails to meet eligibility or travel requirements (including ESTA approval), the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
General Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical or other issues outside its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify entries and participants
- Disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries
- Amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary
This Promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection
The Promoter is the data controller for all personal data collected in connection with this Promotion.
Personal data will be used for:
- Administering the Promotion
- Verifying entries
- Contacting winners
- Delivering prizes
- Marketing purposes (where consent is provided)
Participants entering via Meta forms acknowledge that their data may also be processed in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy.

Publicity
The Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winner upon request.
Winners may also be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
