1. The Promoters

The promoter is: Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694) of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the "Promoter").

2. The Prize Draw
The title of the prize draw is: "Hisense Wine Cooler Giveaway".

During the Prize Draw Period (detailed below), the Promoter will publish a promotional post via its X (formerly Twitter) account (the "Promotional Post"). To enter the prize draw, entrants must follow the steps outlined in section 3.3 below. Eligible entries will be entered into a random prize draw for a chance to win the Prize.

3. How to Enter
3.1 The prize draw will run from 00:00 on 10th July 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on Monday 11th August 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Prize Draw Period").

3.2 You must have access to the Internet and an X (Twitter) account.

3.3 To enter the prize draw, you must, during the Prize Draw Period:

• Like the Promotional Post;
• Follow @HisenseUK on X; and
• Comment on the Promotional Post as instructed in the caption (e.g., answer a question, tag a friend, or share a response).

By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK (Excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except:
(i) employees of the Promoter or their respective holding or subsidiary companies;
(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.

4.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility.

4.3 The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

• automatically generated by computer;
• completed by third parties or in bulk;
• incomplete, illegible or late; or
• in breach of the entry requirements set out in 3.3 above.

4.4 Entries must not contain content that is offensive, unlawful, infringes third-party rights, promotes anti-social or dangerous behaviour, or violates any platform rules. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any such entries.

4.5 There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

5. The Prize
5.1 The Prize is: One (1) x Hisense Wine Cooler.

5.2 The Prize includes delivery within mainland UK only. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

5.3 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Selecting and Announcing the Winner
6.1 All valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place on or after 12th August 2025.

6.2 The winner will be contacted via direct message on X within 48 hours of the draw. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, or fails to provide required information for delivery, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process.

6.4 The Promoter may publish the winner’s forename and county on its X account and will provide these details to anyone who requests them via the address in section 11.4 within one month of the Closing Date. If you object to this, you must inform the Promoter, though the Promoter may still be required to share this data with the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

7. Delivery of the Prize
The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address as soon as reasonably possible after the winner has confirmed their details. The Promoter accepts no liability for any issues arising after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of accepting the Prize except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data Protection and Publicity
By entering, you agree that any personal information provided will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners, and fulfilling the Prize. For more details, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, X (Twitter). By entering, you release X from any liability in connection with the prize draw.

11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

11.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

11.3 By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
