How it works

Step 1 - Buy

Buy a qualifying Hisense appliance from a participating retailer between 31.01.24 –19.03.24.

Step 2 - Wait and Claim

Wait for the claim period to open and then submit a claim online at 2024mdacashback.hisensepromotions.co.uk  

between 03.04.24 – 30.04.24. 

The customer must provide all information requested including full name, address, phone number, email address, Hisense product code, valid serial number, purchase date, retailer, and a copy of proof of purchase.  

Prior to the claim period opening, customers can register their email address to be sent a reminder for when the claim window is open. 

Step 3 - Enjoy the reward!

Customers will receive their cashback reward within 28 days of their claim being validated. 

The cashback reward will be provided as a virtual pre-paid Mastercard.

Where a claim is rejected or cannot be verified, the claimant will be notified by email. Where missing information is needed to verify the claim, the participant will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide the missing information but, in all cases, any missing information must be provided by no later than 28.05.24.
