Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Hisense UK Limited, Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Milshaw Park Lane, Leeds, LS11 0EA ("the Promoter"), in collaboration with Reggie Yembra (@reggieyembra).
  2. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Hisense UK Limited, Reggie Yembra, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
  3. How to Enter
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • To enter, users must:
    • Like the competition post,
    • Follow @HisenseUK and @reggieyembra on Instagram, and
    • Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries (i.e., tagging more than one friend) will not increase the chances of winning.
  • Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  1. Competition Period
    The competition opens at 00:00 on 1st June 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 8th June 2025. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be valid.
  2. The Prize
    One (1) winner will receive:
  • One (1) Hisense TV (E7N Pro 65”).

Additional Prize Terms:

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The exact TV model may vary and is subject to availability.
  • Hisense UK Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on Monday, 9th June 2025.
  • The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter.
  • The winner must respond within 5 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.
  • The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility before issuing the prize.
  1. Publicity
    By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected to the competition. Hisense UK Limited and Reggie Yembra may use the winner’s name, image, and town/city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or permission.
  2. Data Protection
  • Any personal data supplied during the entry process will be processed by Hisense UK Limited and/or its agents for the purposes of administering the competition.

  • By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined above.
  1. General
  • Hisense UK Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions if required by circumstances beyond its control.
  • Hisense UK Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, or other malfunction.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
