Hisense is offering all Hisense FIFA World Cup 2026™ Free QLED TV Promotion claimants the opportunity to claim a free Hisense 40 Inch QLED Smart Freely TV if they have purchased selected Hisense products from specific retailers between 27th May 2026 and 21st July 2026.
The Promoter
- The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited of Ground Floor, Munroe Court White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, England LS11 0EA.
The Promotion
- The title of the promotion is "Hisense FIFA World Cup 2026™ Free QLED TV Promotion" (the "Promotion")
Key Conditions of the Promotion
- The Promotion is an offer by the Promoter, allowing a claimant to claim a free Hisense 40 Inch QLED Smart Freely TV ("Free Gift") if they have purchased a "Qualifying Product" directly from a "Participating Retailer" during the period 27th May 2026 to 21st July 2026 (inclusive) (the "Promotion Purchase Period").
- The Qualifying Products are detailed in ANNEX 2 to these Terms and Conditions.
- Participating Retailers are listed in ANNEX 1 to these Terms and Conditions. Qualifying Products must be purchased directly from the Participating Retailer's own physical or online stores. Purchases from third party sites will not qualify. If the Participating Retailer is Amazon, Amazon must be listed as the 'seller' on the product listing page for the Qualifying Product.
- All claims must be submitted online in accordance with Section 4 below between 21st August 2026 and 17th September 2026 (inclusive) (the "Promotion Claim Period").
- The Free Gift will only be issued once a claim has been validated in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 below. Proof of purchase will be required, including verification of a valid product serial number for the Qualifying Product you have purchased.
- You may make multiple claims, subject to the following limits:
- each claim must relate to a different Qualifying Product model number; and
- there can be only five (5) claims in total per household.
- Only one Free Gift will be issued for each validated claim.
Eligibility Requirements
- The Promotion is open to UK residents (exc. the Channel Islands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
- The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies or agents or members of their immediate families or households or to anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.
- This is a consumer only promotion. Any purchases of the Qualifying Products on a trade or wholesale basis are excluded from the Promotion.
- Any purchases of Qualifying Products as graded goods, ex-display goods, seconds or where they are otherwise known to be imperfect goods, or as replacements, are excluded from the Promotion.
- No Free Gift can be claimed in respect of Qualifying Products which have been ordered, where that order has been subsequently cancelled. Similarly, no Free Gift can be claimed where you have purchased a Qualifying Product but have subsequently returned or exchanged the product. You will not be permitted to claim a Free Gift outside of the Promotion Claim Period. By submitting a claim, you are confirming and representing to us that you have not cancelled your order for the Qualifying Product, or returned or exchanged the Qualifying Product, in respect of which your claim is made. If you do receive the Free Gift in respect of a Qualifying Product, contrary to this provision, you agree to inform the Promoter and return the Free Gift to us.
- Only purchases of Qualifying Products made directly from a Participating Retailer's own physical or online stores will be eligible for the Free Gift. Where the Participating Retailer is Amazon, purchases will only qualify where Amazon is specifically listed on the product listing page as the seller of the Qualifying Product. Any other purchases via Amazon or any other third-party sites (such as eBay) are specifically excluded from this Promotion.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or voucher codes made by the Promoter or its Group which are running during the same period.
- In claiming the Free Gift, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim as well as proof of your identity.
How to Claim
- Claims can only be made online by completing the application form which will be made available at freetv.hisensepromotions.co.uk. You must wait for the Promotion Claim Period to commence before submitting the application form.
- When making a claim you will be required to provide your full name, address, phone number, email address, valid Hisense product code, Hisense product serial number and purchase date for the Qualifying Product you have purchased, as well as details of the Participating Retailer from whom you purchased the product, and proof of purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be in the form of a copy of a valid receipt for the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period and must include Participating Retailer name, Qualifying Product model code or name, date of purchase, and purchase price.
- We also reserve the right to require you to provide proof of your identity.
- Claims will only be accepted where: (i) a claimant has purchased a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period; and (ii) a claimant has completed the online application form, providing all required information, including proof of purchase and a valid product serial number, during the Promotion Claim Period.
- Once a completed application form has been received by the Promoter, the claimant will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
- The Promoter may then take steps to verify the purchase included in the claim.
- Where a claim is rejected or cannot be verified, the claimant will be notified by email. Where missing information is needed to verify the claim, the claimant will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide the missing information but, in all cases, any missing information must be provided by no later than 15th October 2026.
- Any decision by the Promoter to reject a claim is final and binding and the Promoter will not engage in any correspondence regarding the decision.
- Where a claim is verified, the Promoter will contact the claimant by email (using details provided in the application form) to arrange delivery of the Free Gift, and delivery will be made to the address provided by the claimant in the application form within 45 days of successful verification of the claim.
- The Free Gift is inclusive of delivery within UK (exc. the Channel Islands). No other costs or expenses (such as cost of installation) will be covered by the Promoter or included in the Free Gift, and claimants must make their own arrangements in this regard.
- Where the Promoter has reason to believe that the Free Gift has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of the requirements detailed in these Terms and Conditions it reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Free Gift from being issued.
- The Free Gift is subject to availability and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with one of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered or given.
- The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from claimants providing incorrect or out of date contact or delivery information with their promotion entry. If the Free Gift is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the claimant, it will only be reissued to the claimant if and after it has been returned to the Promoter.

General Conditions
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for claim applications which are lost, delayed in transit, misdirected or which otherwise do not reach the Promoter, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, except in cases of negligence, fault or deliberate act or omission of the Promoter or its agents.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any claim applications which are rejected or cannot be verified within the required timeframes or for any other issues, due to the provision by a claimant of incorrect or incomplete information or contact details.
- The Promoter reserves the right to carry out investigations and/ or take such other action as may be reasonable under the circumstances, to protect itself from fraudulent and/ or invalid claims, including (without limitation), by requesting claimants to provide additional information and/ or documentation in support of their claim and/ or by seeking to verify and/ or validate information and/ or documentation provided with relevant third parties (including retailers). The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claims which (in its reasonable opinion) may be fraudulent or invalid. Where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a fraudulent or invalid claim has been made, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to any applicable law enforcement authorities.
- This promotion and these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Faulty and defective products and products which are subject to consumer credit and distance selling transactions can be returned to the retailer for a replacement or refund, as provided for, and in accordance with, the laws in force in the country of purchase.
Data Protection
- The Promoter is the controller for all personal information collected via the claim portal (at freetv.hisensepromotions.co.uk) and included in Promotion claims. The Promoter will only process your personal information for the purposes of running the Promotion, verifying, handling and fulfilling claims, dealing with disputes, investigating fraud and invalid claims and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
- The Promoter uses the services of Benamic Unlimited Company (acting as a data processor) as a fulfilment agency to assist it in administering the Promotion and verifying and fulfilling claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy at freetv.hisensepromotions.co.uk for further information as to how the Promoter will process your personal information in connection with this Promotion.
- General
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Promotion (or any similar future promotions) or from submitting claims or using the claims portal (at freetv.hisensepromotions.co.uk).
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion and/ or to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time where (in its reasonable discretion) it considers it to be desirable or necessary to do so or where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

What personal data do we gather about you?

How do we collect your personal data?
- We may collect personal data about you from the following sources: (i) by logging your IP Address when you visit the Promotion Portal; (ii) information you provide to us via the Promotion Portal or by calling our Promotion helpline or emailing us; (iii) in some cases (e.g. where we need to do so to validate a claim or where we have reason to believe that information you have provided is fraudulent or incorrect) we may request information from third parties (such as retailers) to verify information or documentation you have provided.
How do we store your personal data and keep it secure?
- We use reasonable and up to date security methods to: (i) keep your data secure; (ii) prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to your personal data; (iii) prevent the accidental loss of or damage to your personal data.
- All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers and in secure filing systems. We have in place policies, procedures and technologies to maintain the security of all personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction including procedures to deal with a security breach. We will ensure your personal data is only accessible by those who need to see it for their specific role.

How long will we keep your personal data?

What rights do you have in respect of your personal data?

Who will have access to the data we hold?
- Our personnel who need to access your personal data will view it in order that we can operate and administer the Promotions. All of our personnel understand the need to keep your personal data confidential and to use it only for legitimate purposes.
- In addition to our own personnel, other personnel from our service providers may process your personal data on our behalf (for example, third party hosting companies; external software developers and marketing agencies). Please note that we use the services of Benamic Unlimited Company as a fulfilment agency to assist in administering the Promotion and verifying and fulfilling claims in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.
