Hisense UK - Premier League Ticket Giveaway 2025 Terms & Conditions

 1. The Promoter

Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694), Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the "Promoter").

2. The Prize Draw

The title of the prize draw is: "Hisense UK – Premier League Ticket Giveaway 2025”.

During the Prize Draw Period (detailed below), the Promoter will publish a giveaway post on its Instagram and Facebook channels ("Promotional Post"). To enter, entrants must follow the instructions in section 3 below.

3. How to Enter

The prize draw will run from 15th September 2025 ("Opening Date") until Sunday, 24th May 2026 ("Closing Date"), the end of the 2025/26 Premier League season.

You must have access to the Internet and an Instagram and/or Facebook account.

To enter the prize draw you must, during the Prize Draw Period:

  • Like the giveaway post
  • Follow Hisense UK on Instagram
  • Comment on the giveaway post telling us who you’d like to bring to the match if you won

You will then be entered into a prize draw gaining the chance to win 2 x tickets for the Leeds United Premier League home game specified in the giveaway post only.

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

The prize draw is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
(i) employees of the Promoter or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies;
(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.

The Promoter may require proof of eligibility (such as ID).
The Promoter will not accept:

  • entries generated by a computer or third party,
  • bulk entries, or
  • incomplete entries.

Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
One entry per person. Joint entries will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these conditions.

5. The Prize

  • The Prize is 2 x tickets for the Leeds United Premier League home game specified in the giveaway post only.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for an alternative match.
  • Delivery is UK-only. Travel, accommodation, food & drink, or any other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
  • No cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.
  • The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

6. Selecting & Announcing the Winner

  • Entrants who follow the steps listed at section 3 above will be entered into a prize draw for the Prize.
  • The winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
  • The draw will be carried out on a weekly basis at least 48 hours before the relevant match, and the winner will be announced as soon as possible thereafter ("Announcement Date").
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram, Facebook, or email (where provided). If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The Promoter may publish the forename and county of winners on its Instagram and Facebook pages, or provide this information on request for one month after the Closing Date. If you object, please notify the Promoter, but the Promoter must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

7. Delivery of the Prize

  • Tickets will be sent digitally once the winner confirms acceptance.
  • The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot attend or for any issues after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or death related to the Prize except where caused by their negligence. This does not affect statutory rights.

9. Data Protection & Publicity

Personal data (e.g. name, contact details, date of birth, ID for verification) will be used to administer the prize draw and arrange delivery of the Prize.

The Promoter may use your data for marketing if you consented. Data may be shared with the Promoter’s partners (including marketing agency Ponderosa and delivery providers), but only for prize administration.

10. Disclaimers

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. You provide your information to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Facebook.

11. General

The Promoter may suspend, amend, or cancel the prize draw if necessary.
These terms are governed by English law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
