1. The Promoters

The promoter is: Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694) of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the "Promoter").

 

2. The Prize Draw
The title of the prize draw is: "Hisense UK - Leeds United Ticket Giveaway – Leeds vs Bristol (28th April 2025)”.

During the Prize Draw Period (detailed below), the Promoter will be publishing a promotional post via its Instagram account (the "Promotional Post"). To enter the prize draw, entrants must follow the steps outlined in section 3 below and will then be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win the Prize.

 

3. How to enter
The prize draw will run from 14th April 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23rd April 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Prize Draw Period").

You must have access to the internet and an Instagram account.

To enter the prize draw, you must, during the Prize Draw Period:

• Like the promotional post on the @hisenseuk Instagram account;
• Follow @hisenseuk on Instagram; and
• Tag a friend in the comments of the promotional post.

Once all three steps are completed, you will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win 2 x tickets to the Leeds United vs Bristol City match on 28th April 2025.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

4. Eligibility
The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
(i) employees of the Promoter or its holding/subsidiary companies;
(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its group companies;
(iii) immediate family or household members of those listed in (i) and (ii).

By entering, you confirm you’re eligible and can claim the Prize. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility, including age and identity.

The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

• Automatically generated by computer
• Completed by third parties or in bulk
• Incomplete or ineligible

Entries must not include content that the Promoter (at its discretion) deems offensive, unlawful, infringing of third-party rights, or that promotes excessive drinking, anti-social or dangerous behaviour.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries on behalf of another person or joint submissions will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if conduct is contrary to the spirit of the prize draw.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for technical or other reasons.

 

5. The Prize

• The Prize is 2 x tickets to the Leeds United vs Bristol City match at Elland Road on 28th April 2025.
• Tickets will be delivered digitally to the winner.
• Delivery is included within the UK only.
• Any other associated costs (e.g., travel, food, accommodation) are the winner’s responsibility.
• No cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Selecting and Announcing the Winner
Entrants who meet the conditions listed in section 3 will be entered into the prize draw.

• The winner will be selected at random by a computer process on 24th April 2025.
• The winner will be notified as soon as possible via Instagram direct message or the email provided (if applicable).
• The winner must respond within 24 hours. If they fail to respond or provide required information, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner using the same process.

To comply with advertising regulations, the Promoter may publish or make available the winner’s forename and county on Instagram and/or to anyone who requests this information within one month of the Closing Date. If you object to this, please notify the Promoter. However, this information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

 

7. Delivery of the Prize
The Prize will be issued digitally on the day the winner accepts. The Promoter is not responsible if the winner is unable to attend the match or for issues after the tickets have been sent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death caused by taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

9. Data Protection and Publicity
By entering, you provide personal data such as your name, contact details and date of birth. If selected as a winner, proof of ID may be required.

The Promoter will use your data to operate and manage the prize draw and (if you’ve opted in) for marketing. Personal data may be shared with:

• The Promoter’s marketing agency (Ponderosa)
• Delivery partners
• Any third party involved in administering the promotion

10. Disclaimers
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Instagram.
All posts must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

 

11. General
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these terms if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
