Hisense UK Gaming Bundle Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in this Promotion, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter
The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited, Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, England, LS11 0EA.
3. The Promotion
The title of the Promotion is “Hisense UK Gaming Bundle Giveaway.”
4. Key Conditions of the Promotion
The Promotion is a prize draw operated by the Promoter, giving participants the chance to win one of three (3) Hisense Gaming Bundles if they have submitted a valid entry during the Promotion Entry Period.
The Promotion Entry Period runs from 19th November 2025 to 17th December 2025 inclusive.
Each Hisense Gaming Bundle (the “Prize”) includes:
- 1x Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 game
- 1x Xbox Series X console
- 1x Hisense Gaming TV
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Prize bundle.
The offer is limited to one entry per person.
Further entry details are set out in Section 6 below.
5. Eligibility Requirements
The Promotion is open to residents of mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
The Promotion is not open to:
(i) employees or agents of the Promoter or its holding/subsidiary companies (or members of their immediate families or households); or
(ii) anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.
In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility before awarding any Prize.
6. How to Enter
Entries to the Prize Draw can only be submitted online during the Promotion Entry Period by completing the following action:
- Click the link in bio and fill out the entry form with your details.
Only valid entries received between 14 November 2025 and 12 December 2025 inclusive will be accepted.
7. Prizes
Each Prize bundle consists of:
- 1x Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 game
- 1x Xbox Series X console
- 1x Hisense Gaming TV
There are three (3) Prizes available in total.
Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value. The winner will not be entitled to resell any part of the Prize.
8. Winner Selection & Prize Delivery
The Prize Draw will take place on or after 13 December 2025 from all valid entries received by the end of 12 December 2025.
Winners will be chosen by a random computer-generated draw.
Each winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their entry form within 7 days of selection.
At least three (3) contact attempts will be made.
Winners must respond and accept the Prize within 7 days of being notified and provide all required delivery information.
If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to treat the Prize as forfeited and select a new winner in accordance with the process above.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ UK home addresses within 28 days of Prize acceptance.
The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries with incorrect contact details or for any delivery issues arising from inaccurate information provided by entrants.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or misdirected due to any technical malfunction, network failure, or system error, except in cases of negligence or deliberate act by the Promoter or its agents.
The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and/or disqualify entries it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Data Protection
The Promoter is the data controller for personal data collected for this Promotion. Your information will only be used for administering the Promotion, contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
The Promoter may use the services of Ranieri Agency Limited (acting as data processor) to assist in administering the Promotion.

Participants should note that Meta or TikTok may process their data under their own Privacy Policies if entering via social platforms.
11. Publicity
The Promoter must publish or make available details indicating a valid award took place. To comply, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of the winners to anyone who emails [huk.digitalmarketing@hisense-europe.com] within one (1) month after the Promotion closing date.
If you object to this information being published, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion (including publication of their name and/or photo in media).
12. General
- The Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from participation or Prize use, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
