 1. Promoter

The promoter is: Hisense UK Limited (company number 08233694), of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA (the "Promoter").

 

2. The Promotion
The title of the prize draw is: "Hisense UK – Home Appliance Giveaway – Spring 2025".

During the Promotion Period (defined below), the Promoter will post a promotional message via its official Instagram account (@hisenseuk) (the "Promotional Post"). Entrants must follow the instructions in section 3 to enter the draw for the chance to win one of the available prizes.

 

3. How to Enter
The prize draw opens on 22nd April 2025 (the "Opening Date") and closes at 11:59 PM BST on Monday 5th May 2025 (the "Closing Date"). This is the "Promotion Period".

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the Promotional Post on Instagram;
  • Follow @hisenseuk on Instagram; and
  • Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Promotional Post.

No purchase is necessary, and there is no entry fee.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple comments will not increase your chances of winning.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

4. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:

  • Employees of the Promoter or its group companies;
  • Employees of agents or suppliers involved in the promotion;
  • Immediate family members or members of the same household as any of the above.

The Promoter may request proof of eligibility. Entries that do not comply with these requirements or are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

 

5. The Prizes
There are two (2) prizes, awarded to two different winners:

  • Prize Bundle 1 (Kitchen):
    • 1 x Hisense Smart screen fridge* (RQ760N4IFE)
    • 1 x Hisense Hi8 cooker (BAS6PH8BUKWF)
  • Prize Bundle 2 (Laundry):
    • 1 x Hisense 7s washer (WF7S1247BB)
    • 1 x Hisense Dryer (DH7S107BB)

*If the winner cannot fit an American-style fridge in their home, Hisense UK will accommodate this by finding an alternative sized fridge.

The prizes are subject to availability and may vary in model or appearance from promotional imagery.

  • No cash alternative is offered.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize (or part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value.

Delivery of prizes will be arranged free of charge to a UK address. Installation and removal of old appliances is not included unless explicitly stated.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, using a computerised random selection process.
  • The draw will take place on or shortly after 5th May 2025.
  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw.

Each winner must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance and provide necessary delivery details. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe or is ineligible, a new winner may be selected.

 

7. Publicity & Announcements
The Promoter will announce the winners' first name and county on Instagram and may share a post about the prize handover.

If you object to this information being published or shared, you must notify the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. However, the Promoter may still be required to share details with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upon request.

 

8. Delivery of the Prizes
Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of acceptance and delivery details.

The Promoter is not responsible if a winner is unable to accept the prize or misses the delivery.

 

9. Data Protection
The Promoter will collect and process entrants' personal data (e.g. name, contact information) to manage the prize draw and deliver the prizes, in line with data protection legislation (UK GDPR and DPA 2018).

Personal data may be shared with:

  • The Promoter’s marketing agency (Ponderosa);
  • Prize fulfilment partners (delivery couriers or installers, if applicable).

Entrants’ data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.

10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Instagram.
All entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

 

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to events outside its control.

The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
